Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition in which it was received

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions on how to return your item. Because our products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations, the return address may differ from the original shipping address.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and include clear photographs or videos of the item and its packaging. After reviewing the evidence, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale, where permitted by applicable law

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. After the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union and United Kingdom Cancellation Rights

Where applicable, customers in the European Union or United Kingdom may have the right to cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This right is subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
